As our founding Integration Architect, you’ll define the architectural foundation that allows TechWolf’s AI to integrate seamlessly into enterprise ecosystems. You’ll partner with our Product and Engineering teams to design frameworks, patterns, and standards that make integrations repeatable, secure, and high‑impact.
This is a strategic, high‑visibility role for someone who loves to translate complex systems into elegant solutions and thrives on building the connective tissue between products and platforms.
What you’ll do
Design & build the integration architecture
* Define the frameworks, data models, and authentication patterns that enable scalable integrations with leading HR systems (Workday, SAP, ServiceNow, and more).
* Shape the blueprint for how TechWolf connects with external APIs, ensuring reliability, extensibility, and compliance.
* Evaluate architectural trade‑offs between custom and standardized integration approaches.
Collaborate across disciplines
* Work hand‑in‑hand with Product Managers and Engineers to turn integration opportunities into clear, reusable architectural patterns.
* Partner with customer and partner teams to understand real‑world constraints and design for interoperability at scale.
Scale What Works
* Establish governance around APIs, security, and versioning.
* Champion best practices for observability, resilience, and performance across integrations.
Ensure quality & impact
* Oversee integration performance and reliability through monitoring and analytics tools.
* Continuously refine and improve integration design based on usage data and feedback.
* Translate technical success into business impact together with Product Managers, ensuring integrations truly unlock customer value.

Who you are
* You bring 4+ years of experience in integration architecture, solution architecture, or enterprise system design within a B2B or enterprise software environment.
* You’re fluent in API design and consumption, and you understand concepts like authentication, payload mapping, and data flow optimization.
* You’re comfortable with integration patterns (REST, event‑driven, middleware, iPaaS) and know when to use each.
* You can design secure, scalable, and reusable systems that balance short‑term needs with long‑term vision.
* You communicate clearly — whether you’re diagramming system flows or aligning teams on architecture principles.
* You’re based in Belgium and excited to collaborate in our Ghent office at least three days per week.
