In 2016, our founders wanted to feed their dogs - named Edgard and Cooper - pet food they could feel good about. The kind of food that was as good for the planet as it was for their pets. But when they couldn't find this, they decided to make their own. Now, 10 years later, our pack has over 200 employees and we are beyond proud to be part of the B Corp movement.

What type of breed are we looking for? 🐕
We’re looking for a Financial Controller who likes to be close to the business and believes numbers only matter when they lead to better decisions.
In this role, you’ll be the finance partner for several core markets, owning their full P&L and helping packs understand what’s really happening behind the numbers. You’ll turn reporting, forecasting and analysis into clear insights and concrete actions that support our growth.
You’ll join the Finance Pack, recognised as Best Finance Team 2024, in a scale-up environment where your impact is visible and your expertise truly matters.
What is in your bowl? 🍵
A big scoop of ownership, partnering, and strategic impact. You’ll get to:
* Own the full P&L for your markets and providing clear financial insights.
* Act as the go-to finance partner for several core European markets.
* Drive budgeting and forecasting together with the Controlling Manager.
* Coordinate sales and opex budgets during the annual planning cycle.
* Support the transition towards US GAAP P&L by training and guiding business teams.
* Improve forecasting and reporting tools to make insights sharper and more actionable.
* Analyse pricing across customers and identifying risks and opportunities.
What skills & tricks should you bring? 🤹
* A Master’s degree in Finance or a related field.
* Solid experience in a controlling or finance environment.
* Strong analytical skills and a high level of accuracy.
* Advanced Excel skills; SAP and BI experience are a plus.
* Confidence presenting financial insights in a clear, structured way.
* Fluent in English and Dutch (French is a nice bonus).
* A proactive mindset, strong ownership and a collaborative way of working.
