Communication Assistant (Freelance) Part Time - Brussels based
Clinica is looking for a junior communication profile to support the agency's day-to-day operations and contribute to the coordination of ongoing client projects.
This role is designed as a hands-on support position, working closely with the agency's direction and playing a key role in the organisation of client work, social media activity and internal workflows.

Key responsibilities
Client coordination
Support the day-to-day follow-up of client projects alongside the agency's direction
Prepare client meetings (agendas, materials, notes and follow-ups)
Attend client meetings when needed and ensure continuity of information
Coordinate with clients and external collaborators as required

Communication & social media support
Support the organisation of social media activities across clients (content tracking, scheduling, coordination)
Assist in the preparation of communication materials and ensure consistency across briefs, delivered content and published outputs
Contribute to the preparation of basic social media reports (performance tracking, content summaries, insights)

Briefs, documentation & internal organisation
Prepare briefs and debriefs for creatives, partners and collaborators
Support project follow-up through timelines, priorities and task tracking
Assist in the preparation and organisation of agency documents (presentations, internal guidelines, client-facing materials)
Help structure and maintain shared folders, files and documentation across projects

Operational support & structuring
Provide operational support to streamline day-to-day communication processes
Contribute to improving internal organisation and coordination within the communication department
Support the implementation of simple, efficient processes as the agency grows

Profile
Junior profile with strong organisational skills and a practical, hands-on mindset
Reliable, detail-oriented and comfortable working in fast-moving environments
Strong interpersonal skills and clear written and verbal communication
Fluent in English; Spanish and Dutch are a plus
Comfortable working with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Keynote + Canva, with ease using collaborative tools and shared documents
Strong interest in communication, brands, culture, art, luxury or hospitality
Self-motivated, reliable and attentive to confidentiality within an independent communication agency
This collaboration will start with a test period, with potential to evolve over time depending on fit and agency needs.
