* Become an expert in porcelain enamel coatings - a highly technical product used in boilers, sanitary ware, cookware, and appliances
* Provide technical and commercial support to clients across Europe (90% technical / 10% commercial)
* Troubleshoot issues, coordinate with R&D and the lab team to simulate and test client-specific solutions
* Define projects and follow up closely to achieve technical and commercial success
* Undergo a 6-8 month training program at the HQ in Bruges before taking on independent field missions
* Travel across Europe 3 weeks/month (Monday to Thursday) - focus on Germany, Austria & Eastern Europe
International Technical Engineer - Bruges - Chemicals
* A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field (chemistry, materials science, coatings, etc.)
* Fluent in English and proficient in German
* Strong communicator, hands-on mindset, customer- and service-oriented
* Willingness to travel extensively across Europe
* Experience in coatings, enamels, or industrial manufacturing is a strong asset
* Based in Belgium or willing to commute to Bruges during training
