Customer Service Representative for Medical Devices
We are looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer orders from start to finish, working closely with various departments including sales, planning, and logistics. They will also analyze processes and optimize them for future improvement.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have proven experience as a Customer Service Representative, preferably in a chemical, medical or pharmaceutical company. You must speak fluent English and Dutch, and have a strong analytical mind.
You will work on ad hoc projects, such as sales support, fairs, and conferences. As a key point of contact for customers, you will be expected to develop strong relationships with them and provide excellent customer service.
Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position, working 2 days in the office and 3 days from home. You will be required to work on SAP and other systems.
