Our Client is a rapidly expanding, mid‑sized manufacturer recognized for its innovative solutions and strong market presence.
Job Description
You will lead the full spectrum of finance operations across Hong Kong, China, and SEA, encompassing financial accounting, statutory reporting, tax planning, and internal control governance. You may redesign financial reporting frameworks to improve transparency, conduct analytical reviews of group financial statements, and ensure compliance while mitigating tax and transfer pricing risks. Operationally, you will regularly visit the production sites, restructure and lead regional finance teams, establish standardized operating procedures, enhance internal controls, and manage insurance coverage and payment approvals to safeguard the organization's interests. You will optimize cash flow planning, design capital structures, oversee currency risk management, and liaise with banks to secure appropriate financing facilities .Also, you will support ongoing group restructuring initiatives, including establishing offshore holding structures, and collaborate with legal advisors. Meanwhile, you will drive system and process improvements by leading ERP evaluations, optimizing business workflows, and introducing automation to increase efficiency.
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; professional qualifications such as HKICPA, ACCA, or CPA highly preferred.
15+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing industry, with at least 5 years in a managerial or regional finance leadership role.
Experience managing multi‑country finance teams, preferably across Hong Kong, China, and emerging markets.
Strong understanding of internal controls, SOP development, and risk management frameworks.
Proven track record in process improvement, ERP implementation, and system transformation.
Strong business acumen with the ability to partner closely with senior management and provide strategic recommendations.
Proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to thrive in a fast‑growing and dynamic environment.
Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel / financial analysis tools.
Less experienced candidates with be considered as Senior Finance Manager.
