Revenue Growth Manager EMEA
About the Role:
We are seeking a strategic, analytical, and results-oriented Revenue Growth Manager to lead innovative revenue and growth initiatives in the EMEA region.
* Lead the development and implementation of strategies to deliver revenue, gross margin, and market share targets.
* Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Commercial Finance, and Supply Chain teams to create and execute comprehensive strategies aligned with business objectives.
* Leverage experience in key account management to strengthen commercial partnerships and customer-specific growth plans.
* Monitor and analyze sales data, market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities.
* Provide actionable insights that support revenue growth and profit enhancement.
Main Responsibilities:
Revenue Growth & Market Share:
* Develop and implement pricing strategies that maximize profitability while remaining competitive.
* Analyze product volume, margins, and competitor prices to provide trade spend recommendations.
Data Analysis & Insights:
* Monitor and analyze sales data, market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscapes.
RGM Reviews & Enablers:
* Organize and lead RGM reviews, delivering analytics that optimize revenue growth.
Pricing & Trade Spend:
* Develop and implement pricing strategies that maximize profitability while remaining competitive.
* Regularly assess pricing models based on market changes and customer feedback.
Product Portfolio Expansion:
* Work closely with Customer and Brand Marketing teams to identify areas for portfolio expansion or enhancement.
