Head of Sales // HR services // Brussels (hybrid)
We are currently looking for an ambitious head of sales who can manage a direct sales team of 10 FTE's in a growing scale-up environment.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing the new commercial strategy following the expansion of their services portfolio on a national scale.
As part of the leadership team you shape the future of the company and have an active role in both strategic & operational commercial matters.
Your colleagues would describe you as a hands-on, empathic leader who can convey a clear vision and create a supportive and warm culture within the sales team.
Your profile?
We are looking for a sales leader with at least 5 years experience in a teamlead/management position.
Preferably with an affinity or experience in the field of HR services or software.
Last but not least, since the team is bilingual a good knowledge of English, French and Dutch are quite essential.
