H2IT governance communication advisor /h2 br/ We are currently looking for an experienced IT Governance Advisor to support the transformation of the IT department into a true business partner for operational teams and internal stakeholders.br/ br/ h2Your responsibilities /h2 ul liCreate, structure, and maintain an IT Service Catalogue aligned with business and operational needs /li liPromote and drive adoption of IT services and tools across the organization /li liAct as the bridge between IT Management, technical teams, and business stakeholders /li liCoordinate communication initiatives related to IT projects, updates, and best practices /li liDevelop engaging and innovative communication channels (trainings, newsletters, explanatory pages, awareness campaigns, etc.) /li liTranslate complex IT concepts into clear and business-friendly messages /li liOrganize and animate presentations, workshops, and community engagement initiatives /li liGather operational feedback and contribute to continuous service improvement /li /ul br/ h2Profile /h2 ul liStrong experience in Change Management, IT Communication, or IT Governance /li liExperience working in complex and fast-paced environments /li liPrevious exposure to operational or customer-oriented environments is considered an asset /li liExperience coordinating between Business and IT teams /li liExcellent communication and presentation skills /li liDynamic, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset /li liStrong stakeholder management and persuasion abilities /li liAbility to simplify technical topics for non-technical audiences /li liLanguages: Fluent Dutch ,French and English are mandatory /li /ul br/ Nice to havebr/ ul liKnowledge of IT service Management Frameworks (ITIL or similar) /li liExperience in large organizations with multiple stakeholders /li /ul
