Votre mission
En tant qu'
Account Manager
, vous serez le partenaire privilégié de nos clients laboratoires sur le territoire qui vous est confié (France / Belgique).
Vos Responsabilités
* Gérer et développer un portefeuille clients composé de laboratoires pharmaceutiques, biotechs, établissements académiques et industriels
* Identifier de nouvelles opportunités et accroître notre présence sur le marché
* Conseiller vos clients sur les solutions Avantor (consommables, équipements, services personnalisés) en tenant compte de leurs enjeux scientifiques et opérationnels
* Conduire les négociations commerciales et atteindre vos objectifs de croissance
* Collaborer avec nos équipes techniques, support et supply chain pour assurer une expérience client optimale
* Surveiller les tendances du marché et proposer des actions adaptées
Profil Recherché
* Formation scientifique ou commerciale, idéalement en sciences de la vie, chimie, biologie ou équivalent
* Expérience réussie (3 à 5 ans minimum) en vente de solutions ou produits destinés aux laboratoires
* Capacité à interagir avec des interlocuteurs variés : chercheurs, directeurs de laboratoires, acheteurs, responsables qualité
* Solides compétences en gestion de comptes et en négociation
* Autonomie, esprit entrepreneurial et goût du challenge
* Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (le néerlandais est un plus pour la Belgique)
* Disponibilité pour des déplacements fréquents sur votre secteur
