Healthcare | Patient Acquisition | Lead Conversion | CRM (Go High Level)

About the Role

We are hiring a New Patient & Lead Conversion Specialist to act as the first point of contact for prospective patients in a fast-growing healthcare practice.

This role is ideal for professionals with strong experience in phone sales, appointment setting, lead conversion, and CRM management, who are passionate about delivering an exceptional patient experience.

You will play a critical role in lead conversion, patient acquisition, and revenue growth, handling both inbound and outbound communication via phone and SMS .

Key Responsibilities

Lead Conversion & Appointment Setting Handle inbound calls from new patients Convert inbound and outbound leads into scheduled appointments Perform follow-up calls (warm & cold leads) Re-engage inactive or lost leads Maintain a high conversion rate (lead-to-appointment)

SMS & CRM Management (Go High Level) Respond to SMS/text messages in real-time Manage conversations using Go High Level CRM Track and update lead pipeline stages Execute follow-up sequences and automations

Patient Experience & Communication Deliver a high-quality first impression Clearly explain the patient journey and services Handle objections with confidence and empathy Build trust through strong communication and rapport

Operations & Team Collaboration Optimize scheduling to maximize provider availability Collaborate with internal teams (front desk, care team, providers) Maintain accurate records in CRM and internal tools Use tools like Go High Level, Slack, and scheduling systems

Requirements Fluent English (spoken & written) Experience in: Phone Sales Lead Conversion Appointment Setting Inside Sales / SDR / Closer Strong communication and persuasion skills Ability to handle objections and close appointments Highly organized and detail-oriented Self-motivated and performance-driven Experience with Go High Level or similar CRM (Hub Spot, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus

Schedule Full-Time (40h/week) Monday to Friday 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (MST)
