The Role You’ll take ownership of mechanical delivery across the full project lifecycle —
Pre-Construction, Construction, and Commissioning

Key Responsibilities Manage mechanical contracts and delivery performance Lead design coordination with consultants and site teams Drive multidisciplinary integration across project functions Support procurement, commercial management, and change control Ensure compliance with EHS, quality, and environmental standards Monitor programme, cost, risk, and project progress Interface with clients, stakeholders, and senior leadership
What We’re Looking For Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent) Proven experience on large-scale projects (data centres, industrial, energy, or heavy engineering) 10 years plus experience Strong mechanical delivery and design coordination background Excellent leadership, planning, and stakeholder management skills Commercially aware with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
