You will be part of a team of experts, get assigned to one or several purchase domains and report to the Indirect Procurement Manager. Indirect Procurement includes categories such as Marketing & Communication Services, HR Services, Facilities Management, Fleet Management, Contingent Labor, Mice & Travel, Consulting & Professional Services, Document Management Services. You will receive academic and on the job coaching.Your daily tasks:Take the lead of various sourcing project (RFI, RFP, RFQ) to contribute to AXA operations and transformation.Run vendor selection projects based on the AXA sourcing methodology: analyze needs, market scan, define vendors set, prepare tender documents based on AXA templates, build evaluation matrix, evaluate proposals, conduct contractual and commercial negotiations together with category manager, formalize contract. Set up and drive multifunctional sourcing project team.Team up with business stakeholders (including senior stakeholders, directors and c-levels) in order to understand their vision and strategy and anticipate their needs to make value proposals. Develop and maintain intimacy with business through formal & informal relationship management.Drive the definition of the best purchasing strategies in close relationship business stakeholders.When and where relevant, run vendors' performance evaluation and relationship management. Participate to regular meetings with business stakeholders and AXA vendors. Manage contracts and monitor contracts execution together with business stakeholder.
