Overview
As a Senior Data & Analytics Consultant, you’ll play a leading role in designing and delivering modern data platforms. You’ll guide customers on their data‑driven journey, from initial conversations to impactful results, leveraging the Microsoft data ecosystem and cloud technologies.
Responsibilities
* Data Engineering: gather and integrate structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data from diverse sources. Design and build cloud data platforms using Microsoft technologies (Azure Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, etc.).
* Data Architecture: design, enrich, and govern data models and architectures; ensure quality, security, and compliance; optimize end-to-end processes.
* Data Visualization: create interactive, mobile-enabled reports and dashboards using self-service tools such as Power BI.
* Analytics and Data Science: derive value from data through descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics using tools like Azure Machine Learning Services, Python, or R.

* Advise customers at operational and strategic levels, helping them become data‑driven.
* Coach colleagues and contribute to thought leadership within the team.
* Lead workshops, present findings to stakeholders, and take initiative across project phases.

Is there a match?
* Have at least 5 years of experience in the data domain, ideally with the Microsoft Data stack .
* Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL flows, and lakehouse architectures .
* Solution-minded by nature and an excellent communicator, able to translate data complexity into clear business terms.
* Fluent in Dutch or French and English.
* Experience in consulting or service-oriented environments is a plus.
