We are looking for a driven and analytical Maintenance Engineer to strengthen our operations team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and continuous improvement of our utility installations and maintenance processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyse maintenance and failure data (MTBF, MTTR, OEE) to identify improvement opportunities
* Develop and optimize maintenance strategies (preventive, predictive, and RCM)
* Ensure continuity and quality of maintenance processes
* Identify and implement performance improvements for utility systems
* Define and manage critical spare parts lists
* Support Root Cause Analyses (RCA) following equipment breakdowns
* Act as owner and executor of Management of Change (MOC) processes
* Serve as the technical point of contact for installation modifications and renewals
* Contribute to tender processes and supplier selection for maintenance services
* Document technical standards and continuously improve work processes
* Collaborate closely with operational teams to drive continuous improvement
Your Profile
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electromechanics, Energy Technology, or equivalent
* Proven experience in maintenance engineering within an industrial environment
* Strong knowledge of utility systems (HVAC, water, compressed air, steam, electricity, sprinklers) xphnsxz
* Experience with RCM, RCA, and performance management methodologies
* Analytical mindset with a results-driven approach
* Proactive, structured, and detail-oriented
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
Language Requirements
* Fluent in Dutch (working language on-site)
* Good command of English (reporting and international communication)
Nice to Have
* Experience with SAP PM
