You will play a key role in ensuring smooth corporate governance, contract management, compliance processes and cross-functional projects.Your responsibilities General AdministrationProvide comprehensive administrative support to the Legal Advisor and Senior Management TeamOrganize meetings, collect signatures and coordinate notarization of documents (including apostilles)Assist in the preparation of documents, reports and presentationsMaintain accurate and up-to-date filing and archiving systems, ensuring quick and easy access to informationCorporate HousekeepingSupport corporate housekeeping activities for all entities (appointments of directors/managers, powers of attorney, changes of registered addresses, etc.)Keep Corporate Information Sheets up to dateCollect, manage and provide corporate documentation as requiredAgreements & ContractsMaintain an overview of contract review requests across different countries and follow up on executed agreementsReview standard contracts (e.G. confidentiality agreements, supplier and customer agreements) in coordination with the Legal AdvisorSupport legal projects such as maintaining the contract register, developing template agreements, updating general terms and conditions, coordinating translations and publishing updates on the intranetComplianceSupport the proofreading, rollout and implementation of compliance-related policies and proceduresCoordinate translations, training sessions, declarations and follow-up actionsEnsure policies and updates are made available to relevant stakeholdersFinanceAssist with ad hoc requests (e.G.
