Customer Services and Administration Officer


For the support of the Finance & Administration department, we are actively looking for a

Customer Services and Administration Officer with the following profile:

✓ Obtained degree: You have a Bachelor degree or equivalent by experience

✓ Languages: You are fluent in Dutch and French (spoken and written) with a good knowledge of English

✓ MS Office: You have a very good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook – Excel – Word – PowerPoint)


Job description:

Main tasks:

* As a customer services officer you are the direct contact person for our customers
* Manage and ensure response to all incoming phone calls and customer service inquiries
* Collect all sales orders from customers and introduce those orders in our ERP system (Oracle)
* Responsible for the follow-up of orders from A to Z
* Gather all information necessary to start the return/credit note procedure – complaints
* Manage the commercial conditions granted to specific customers
* Follow up sales order issues between us and the warehouse
* Manage the stock loadings for new products
* Responsible for the samples and inventories
* Analyze & report business results and market data to Management
* Deliver administrative support to the Sales Manager – Retail products and Business Lead – Hospital products
* Change or adapt prices in Oracle
* Responsible for certain tasks of the monthly closing process


Ideal profile:

* You have a first proven experience in a similar role
* You have strong communication skills
* You have a good knowledge of Excel and like working with numbers
* You like to work in a team and don’t hesitate to help others
* You are not afraid to work in a growing company and a dynamic, changing environment
* You are stress-resistant
* An experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus, together with knowledge of Oracle or another ERP system
