As an SAP EWM Consultant, you'll play a key role in supporting the design, configuration, and delivery of end-to-end warehouse management solutions. You'll collaborate with experienced team members and clients, deepening your expertise and building a strong foundation in SAP logistics.
Your Role & Responsibilities
Hands-On Execution- Support the gathering and documentation of functional requirements for warehouse processes.
- Assist in the customization and configuration of the SAP EWM module to align with client needs.
- Participate in test preparation and execution (e.g., test scripts, validation, defect resolution).
- Help in developing prototypes and proofs-of-concept to demonstrate solution options.
Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing- Work closely with colleagues and client teams to ensure a clear understanding of requirements and expectations.
- Assist in the preparation of training materials and support training delivery to key users and business teams.
- Contribute to functional documentation to support knowledge transfer and maintain solution integrity.
Learning & Development- Take ownership of your learning path by actively engaging in training opportunities and team knowledge sessions.
- Stay up to date on SAP S/4HANA EWM developments and expand your understanding of related areas like SAP WM, MM, or IM.
- Learn from senior team members and share lessons learned with peers to support overall project growth.
Client-Focused Communication- Communicate clearly and professionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ask thoughtful, clarifying questions to ensure alignment with client expectations.
- Provide input on potential improvement opportunities based on your growing understanding of warehouse operations.
Your profile- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Several years of hands-on experience
- Fluency in English and either French or Dutch is mandatory.
- Hands-on S4/HANA project experience.
- Exposure to related SAP modules (WM, MM, or IM) is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills, team mindset, and eagerness to learn.
Bonus point's if you have- SAP S/4HANA domain-specific certification.
- Experience in a consulting environment.
- Proven experience in multiple areas, other than SAP EWM, such as SAP TM, SAP WM, SAP MM and S4/HANA-EM.
