We are looking for a Digital-Omnichannel Analytics Capability Lead, who is strategic, collaborative and impact‑driven to join us in our I2I Patient Impact Analytics team, based in our HQ Brussels, Belgium.
About the role
As an Omnichannel Analytics Capability Lead, you will play a key role in building and scaling digital analytics capabilities to support the European and InterContinental business. You will partner closely with the Global Omnichannel team to enable actionable insights that enhance customer engagement and campaign performance. Through capability building, innovation and strong cross‑functional collaboration, you will help elevate UCB’s omnichannel maturity and drive meaningful impact for patients and healthcare professionals.
Who you’ll work with
You will be part of the I2I Patient Impact Analytics team and collaborate closely with the Global Omnichannel organization, Data Scientists, regional Business Analytics teams, and key stakeholders across affiliates. Together, you will advance UCB’s analytics ecosystem and enable evidence‑based decision‑making that makes a difference for patients.
What you’ll do
1. Shape a forward‑looking Ominchannel analytics capability roadmap that accelerates UCB’s omnichannel transformation and unlocks long‑term business impact.
2. Pilot and scale innovative analytics approaches that turn complex data into actionable insights, driving smarter engagement and more effective campaigns.
3. Empower Business Analytics and Omnichannel teams through targeted upskilling, coaching and best‑practice sharing to elevate analytics maturity across the organization.
4. Collaborate closely with Global Omnichannel and data engineering teams to define a robust measurement strategy and ensure high‑quality, scalable data foundations.
5. Deliver meaningful, story‑driven insights and unified customer interaction views that strengthen strategic decision‑making and enhance HCP engagement.
Interested? For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience and skills:
6. Master's degree in business, Analytics or a related field
7. 12+ years’ experience in Omnichannel, Omnichannel Analytics or business intelligence, ideally in pharma
8. Proven capability building and adoption of analytics solutions across teams
9. Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills in matrixed environments
10. Expertise in omnichannel analytics, including campaign, web and journey measurement
11. Excellent English communication and ability to translate insights into recommendations
