WHAT IS A BUSINESS DEVELOPER AT CREAM ?
You will work for one of our biggest customer as a
Business Developer specialized in heat pumps
, you'll grow a high-impact activity: accelerating the adoption of
low-carbon heating solutions
by scaling
heat pump deployment in new residential buildings
.
You'll be the engine from first contact to signed contract and beyond building partnerships with real estate developers and ensuring projects turn into long-term references.
YOUR PLAYGROUND :
You'll work on challenges such as:
* Heat pump roll-out
on new residential developments
* Strategic partnerships
with small to mid-sized real estate developers
* Tender participation & bid strategy
to win competitive projects
* Pipeline ownership
from lead generation to closing
* Post-signature follow-up
to secure satisfaction and repeat business
YOUR TASKS :
Business development & prospecting
* Identify and approach
small to mid-sized real estate developers
looking for a new partner for heat pump installations
* Build and maintain a
qualified pipeline
in the new-build residential market
* Convince prospects to share their upcoming projects so you can respond with competitive offers
* Negotiate and close deals with a clear results-driven mindset
Offers & coordination
* Coordinate the preparation of competitive bids with internal technical and commercial teams
* Ensure proposals meet client requirements while protecting profitability
* Drive the team to craft clear, compelling and winning proposals
Project follow-up & relationship
* Follow signed projects through the execution phase (handover, alignment, continuity)
* Build strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term collaboration
* Spot opportunities for contract extensions and additional services
