People Advocacy : Manage the full employee lifecycle, from high-impact recruitment and onboarding to long-term career coaching and performance management. Agile Mentorship : Guide multiple End2End agile teams through complex software implementations, ensuring delivery excellence. Culture of Innovation : Promote a "fail fast, learn faster" mindset, driving continuous process enhancements and collaborative problem-solving. Stakeholder Synergy : Act as the bridge between technical execution and client-facing goals, ensuring seamless communication across the organization. The Essentials: Proven Leadership : Extensive experience leading and scaling teams, ideally within complex software implementation environments. Software Lifecycle Expertise : A good understanding of the E2E software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. Technical Literacy : Experience with large-scale software configuration and the ability to navigate complex systems alongside your team. The "Coach" Mindset : You are passionate about career development, active listening, and building high-trust relationships. Language Mastery : Proficiency in German (C1) and English is required.
