The Johnson & Johnson Global Treasury Services Center (GTSC) is a division of J.C. General Services BV. Together with J&J Corporate, the GTSC fulfills the role of in-house bank and is responsible for the financing as well as the cash and risk management of the J&J affiliates. The GTSC is also responsible for the settlements on behalf of the J&J affiliates worldwide. How YOU can help:
The Central Cash Management (CCM) Team is responsible for the management of the J&J worldwide in-house-bank and the outside US loan portfolio, the central cash management, forecast and bank relations of the European Treasury Centers. The Central Cash Management Team proactively business partners, together with our other Treasury Teams, to provide best in class cash management solutions in line with our worldwide policy.
Currently, we are looking for a Manager for our Treasury Central Cash Management team.
The key responsibilities & the impact YOU will have:
Daily Management
* Manage all aspects under the responsibility of the Treasury CCM team including
o Manage and execute significant volumes of high value cashflow transactions over In House Bank and External Bank Infrastructure.
o Lead the OUS Treasury Center forecasting
o Maintain business critical affiliate intercompany lending activity in a fully transparent at arm’s length manner.
o Business partner across the international treasury organisation in key operational, transactional and project initiatives.
* Seek for continuous improvements and challenging the status quo of Treasury Cash management systems, processes and procedures
* Act as key stakeholder in Treasury projects
* Lead the recruitment and development of your team, by setting objectives, provide mentoring and lead the performance evaluation and succession planning process
* Set the Central Cash Management team vision, define and execute the strategy to continuously optimize the organization in a SOX compliant way and in alignment with all regulatory, legal or other requirements.
* Daily connect with financial counterparties, other J&J finance teams, J&J affiliates and J&J Treasury colleagues.
Projects
* Depending on requirements and resources, you will act as core business process owner and lead to implement cash management and Inhouse bank related projects
* Defining a project plan and/or following up on the implementation thereof
* Supervising the analyzing, gathering and documenting of requirements in alignment and collaboration with all partners involved
* Manage the organization, coordination and execution of user acceptance testing
* Making sure training material is available and end users are accurately trained
* Making sure full compliance processes and documentation are maintained in project delivery and implementation

To be successful, you will have already gained extensive experience in a similar capacity. You demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively at all levels within a matrix business locally and regionally/globally. You have a demonstrable history of developing strong business partnerships and successful collaboration.

* Master’s degree in Economics (Master of Applied Economics, Commercial Engineer, MBA, …).
* A proven track record of at least 5+ years of working experience in Finance and/or Treasury.
* Ability to interact with employees at all levels and possess excellent business writing and verbal communication skills.
* A great teammate and able to take leadership in a multifunctional team.
* A self-starter, able to take initiatives and open for new challenges.
