As part of our Maintenance team you will be in charge of programming, optimising, maintaining and repairing plant automation and control systems at the designated sites in accordance with Sibelco's quality and safety procedures, to optimise and continuously improve the operational process.
Your Impact in This Role
As a Technician Maintenance Mechanical, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
* Maintain, repair and renew technical installations
* Improve/optimise existing installations and working methods
* Work under the supervision of a teamleader who appreciates personal input and initiative
* Varied work at indoor and outdoor locations
What You Bring to the Table
* Be extremely safety-conscious
* Minimum level of study A2 - mechanics or equivalent through experience
* Driven, enthusiastic person with a healthy passion for technology
* Good knowledge of mechanics
* Communicative and responsible attitude
* Can work independently as well as in a team
* Knowledge of welding technology
* Knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics is a plus
