Job Summary
Lead Chubb Life's GBA agency channel lifecycle development & in-depth operation, focus on Mainland Visitor (MCV) segment, build a cross-border-compliant channel system via resource integration & Hong Kong team collaboration. Drive dual growth of channel performance and MCV business, support the group's GBA cross-border insurance strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Develop medium-to-long-term integrated strategies for GBA MCV business & agency channels, aligned with market policies and trends.
Establish high-end agent recruitment system, share resources with Chubb Life (Hong Kong) to build a scaled, hierarchical team.
Design customized training programs (MCV demand analysis, cross-border sales, compliance) to enhance agent professionalism & conversion.
Integrate GBA resources, empower teams to implement the closed-loop process: "online digital lead gen → private domain communication → offline service → Hong Kong transaction".
Build a standardized operation system linking agency channels & MCV business; launch incentive policies to boost productivity.
Construct cross-border cooperation platforms via local resource integration; optimize GBA offline service network & MCV experience.
Lead the long-term two-way client referral, business synergy & benefit-sharing mechanism between Chubb Life (Hong Kong) and Huatai Life.
Establish compliance & risk control system, monitor agent sales behaviors & core quality indicators (renewal rate, claims rate).
Qualifications
Over 10 years of insurance channel/agent management experience, with ≥5 years in GBA/cross-border insurance (preferred: leading foreign-funded insurers).
Proficient in end-to-end agent channel management; deep understanding of Hong Kong insurance products & GBA cross-border regulations.
Abundant GBA agent resources, high-net-worth client resources & financial industry connections; strong resource integration capability.
Excellent team management, coordination & goal-implementation skills; ability to build high-performance teams.
Strong cross-border compliance awareness; capability to establish sound compliance systems.
Outstanding communication skills, high pressure resistance, result-oriented & innovative mindset.
