In a dynamic sales environment, you will be the direct contact for customer inquiries in the BeNeLux region. As part of our internal sales team, your role will involve close collaboration with field sales to inspire customers, acquire new customers and manage long-term relationships.

Key responsibilities include product consultation, order processing, complaints management and customer data maintenance. You will also be responsible for researching projects, calculating quotations and supporting the implementation of construction projects.

Our ideal candidate has completed a commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification and has professional experience in customer service, preferably in a manufacturing company. Strong technical understanding, excellent communication skills and fluency in Dutch/Flemish and French are essential. Experience with MS Office, SAP and CRM systems is also required.
