About Landed:
Landed is a real estate private equity scale-up based in Valencia and Amsterdam. We source, transform, and manage residential apartments, holiday rentals, and small hotels in the Valencian area, handling projects end-to-end with our own teams.
What you’ll do:
🔑Project design: Designing new projects to be developed.
🔑 Licensing & Floor Plans: Draft precise measured drawings, floor plans, and supporting documents required for licensing, permitting, and approvals.
🔑 Construction Documentation: Develop complete, detailed construction plans and drawings that that will be used on the construction site.
What you are:
✅ Qualified architect with 1–5 years experience in architecture or similar role.
✅ Motivated to manage entire renovation projects from planning to execution.
✅ Fluent in English and Spanish.
✅ Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit
