We are currently seeking an Interim HR Specialist to support our client, an international insurance company, with HR operations in Belgium and partially in the Netherlands.
Key responsibilities include (among others):
* Processing changes to employment contracts
* Managing absences
* Maintaining and updating personnel files
* Administering employee insurances
* Handling mobile phone and internet subscriptions
* Overseeing fleet management
* Supporting payroll processes
* Providing HR-related information and support to employees
* Analyzing HR-related changes
* Staying up to date with social legislation
Additional information:
* Start date: July 1st
* Duration: Minimum of 3 months
* Workload: 24–32 hours per week
* Location: Brussels (hybrid working possible)
* Hourly rate: To be determined (TBD)
* Language requirements: English required; Dutch and/or French preferred
