The Contractor shall perform the following tasks:
* Support NATO IT Team Leaders to guide the transformation of NATO end-to-end processes, using SAP S/4 HANA capabilities
* Support NATO IT Team Leaders in defining a future-state operating model
* Align reengineered processes with SAP best practices and digital transformation goals
* Identify change impacts from redesigned processes
* Support system design validation and functional specifications review
* Support data migration and data cleansing activities
* Support organization of testing and training activities
* Participate to business process workshops and project meetings, when required
* Produce analysis and presentation, when required
PROFILES DESCRIPTION
Minimum 5 years of experience in the role, supported by CV. University Degree in the relevant field from an accredited institution or equivalent combination of education and experience.
The role encompasses:
* Knowledge of the SAP O2C business processes and best practices
* SAP S/4HANA experience in S/4 HANA Service
* SAP S/4HANA experience in S/4 HANA Sales and Distribution is an asset
* Hands-on knowledge of the SAP Business Area customization features
* Functional specifications writing/reviewing skills in the SAP Business Area
* Experience on requirement gathering and documentation
* Experience on designing of business test cases
* Experience of SAP data migration and data cleansing activities
* Ability to write clear and concise reports and documentation
* Experience in dealing with business key users
* SAP Certification in relevant area/module(s) is an asset
