In this role, you will be the face of Novagraaf and the Questel group, working closely with clients to understand their challenges and guide them through an evolving IP landscape. Your mission will be to manage the IP rights of our clients and advise them in the development and enforcement of their portfolio. /p h3As An IP Consultant, Your Main Challenges Will Include /h3 ul liKnowledge: to-the-point advice to our clients and the further development of services and knowledge in all areas of soft IP (trademarks, designs, domain names, copyright) and related matters (e.g. contracts) /li liCustomer satisfaction: insight into the client's current and future needs, allowing for qualitative and actionable advice and support /li liHigh-performance culture: contributing to the performance and knowledge of the entire team /li /ul h3You Will Be Responsible For /h3 ul liAssisting our clients in all legal issues in the field of IP and the management of their IP portfolio /li liAdvising our clients on IP strategy, conducting trademark searches and defining the territorial and substantive scope of protection, handling dispute files, oppositions and objections, and drafting defense statements /li liRecognising the wishes and needs of clients and translating them into clear, pragmatic and business-oriented advice /li liBuilding and maintaining a relationship of trust with our clients /li liThe development and expansion of our business /li liRepresenting Novagraaf during IP conferences, webinars, publications and giving presentations to clients, professionals and trade organizations. /li /ul h3The perfect match /h3 ul liYou have several years (ideally 3 to 5) of experience as a soft IP Legal Counsel and are ready for the next step in your career /li liYou respond quickly and comprehensively to clients’ questions, and you take the time to advise and support them thoroughly /li liYou are proactive, flexible, and know how to prioritise effectively in a fast-moving environment /li liLike no other, you appreciate the value and importance of good client relationships. /li liExcellent command of the English Dutch, both spoken and written.
