Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Oracle Database Administrator. The Oracle Database Administrator will manage and maintain database systems, perform database optimization, ensure high availability and security, and implement replication strategies. The role also includes monitoring database performance, troubleshooting issues, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve complex database challenges. Additionally, the position entails providing input on database security and ensuring adherence to best practices.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Oracle Database Administration and Database Administration practices
* Experience with Replication techniques and strategies
* Skilled in identifying and resolving database-related issues through Troubleshooting methods
* Knowledge of Database Security protocols and best practices
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred
* Relevant certifications, such as Oracle Database certification, are a plus
