You optimize the business value by designing the insights/concepts and solutions for existing and future challenges/questions and/or business needs, bringing the opportunities for improvement forward and building the bridge between the business and the technical department. As a future initiative owner, you also enhance the value of change initiatives and design processes that align with the company’s strategic goals across various business and technology domains Your tasks as a Business Consultant You drive project value by aligning solutions and processes with strategic goals. You bridge business and technology by documenting requirements, evaluating options, and monitoring business value. You translate improvements into actionable increments and epics, recording solution paths and related needs. You coordinate end-to-end solutions and continuous improvement, ensuring feasibility with stakeholders. You assist colleagues in successful implementation and resolve challenges. You promote positive changes for customers and the organization, identifying opportunities, risks, and improvements. You use functional expertise to shape or update the tribe's roadmap, collaborating with partners to maintain strategic alignment. You analyze business needs with stakeholders, act as a domain expert and draft business cases. Your profile as a Business Consultant You hold a Master's, Bachelor's, or Engineering degree. You also have 5 to 7 years of relevant experience and speak both Dutch and English fluently. You are confident, open-minded, and values direct communication. You are committed to continuous improvement and learning. Required experience includes driving change initiatives, supporting team growth, and demonstrating servant leadership. You guide colleagues in developing technical and functional skills and enhance process efficiency using IT solutions. You provide technical leadership, align solutions with business objectives and advocate technical best practices. You are proficient in Java and have a working knowledge of SQL, HTML, CSS, Typescript You have experience with Springboot, Angular, Ngxs, Maven, Docker You are familiar with Gitlab CI/CD, REST APIs, frontend concepts You are willing to learn Mockito for tests, Unix/networking basics, UML diagrams, Copilot on the job We are looking for a permanent employee.
