* Quality Assurance:
* Ensure that project deliverables meet the required quality standards and specifications.

* Continuous Improvement:

* Documentation & Reporting:
* Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and meeting minutes.
* Prepare and present project reports and updates to the Head of Project Management and other stakeholders.
* Ensure that all project records are accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred).
* Experience in project management, with a focus on aerospace or technology projects.
* Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards for UAV development is a plus.
