Functieomschrijving
* Contract management : contract data, follow-up of key dates and signature process
* Analyse contracts and create a repository of model clauses
* Prepare corporate governance documents
* Capture relevant legislation and case law and provide information to the Legal Team
* Support with preparation of business-related agreements like non-disclosure agreements, Letters of Intent, Statements of Work, Service Agreements, Purchase Transactions, …
Profiel
* Bachelor's degree preferably in law or equivalent experience
* Advanced English language skills
* Microsoft Office under Windows (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Experience with ticketing tool (like Jira or Freshworks)
* Analytical, flexible, team spirit, well organised
* Able to communicate and explain difficult topics in a simple and comprehensive way (good communication skills)
