About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Engineer to join our team. As an IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance of our systems, infrastructure, and software.

2. Troubleshoot technical issues and identify solutions to software and hardware problems
3. Maintain and manage installed systems, infrastructure, and software
4. Manage multiple open cases/support tickets at once
5. Ensure issues are fully closed off and communicated to internal clients
6. Provide accurate reporting, documentation, and technical knowledge
7. Support the release of new applications and test new technology and applications
8. Aid in shaping how IT supports the business as a whole via contributions to the service desk and change management processes
9. Meet SLA objectives including reaction and resolution times for managed tickets
10. Support IT projects (Security, Infrastructure, Development)
11. Deploy infrastructure and applications and ensure they align with corporate policies
12. Manage that the IT infrastructure, systems, and applications are secure, reliable, and deployed in an efficient way
13. Implement a comprehensive patch management strategy aligned with IT goals, plan and coordinate the deployment of patches, review reports and compliance status
14. Conduct security events analysis reporting, identify and manage incidents, etc.
15. Document and design processes/procedures and keep them up to date
16. Evaluate and recommend new IT technologies and best practices
