Main Objectives:
* Prioritize financial management and control.
* Meet collection targets and optimize cash flow.
* Develop cost-effective operations that enhance customer satisfaction.
* Drive revenue growth through local team support.
* Maintain open communication channels between local teams and HQ.
* Foster collaboration with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
• Financial Management: Manage regional finance tasks, including GL, invoicing, and customer communication.
• Sales Operations: Validate POs, manage shipment coordination, and handle local shipping, storage, and customer communication.
• Service Operations: Administer service tasks: calls, invoicing, and collection, manage SP Admin and inside service sales.
• Local Procurement: Oversee procurement for office, service, and travel needs.
• HR Support: Serve as Regional Business Partner for the GM, guide HQ HR in handling local HR tasks.
• Marketing Initiatives: Support local marketing and trade show activities.
• IT Coordination: Manage local IT administrative tasks (e.g., mobile services, ISP) and escalate local IT issues to HQ.
Essential Qualifications:
* Strong bookkeeping and financial management skills.
* Experience in office management.
* Proficiency in English and Flemish Dutch.
