Come make an impact every day at Zebra. /ph3Position Summary /h3pSenior Sales Engineer – hybrid, field‑based role for the Benelux market. You will serve as the technical powerhouse behind our sales force, bridging cutting‑edge products with our customers’ unique business challenges. You will work remotely, travel to client sites, and attend our Antwerp office occasionally for team collaboration and strategic planning. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliDevelop and execute winning technology strategies in collaboration with Account and Channel Management teams. /liliDesign and architect creative solutions that directly address customer needs and give us a competitive edge. /liliBuild and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key technical contacts at customer accounts and with internal sales and engineering teams. /liliCreate and deliver compelling, high‑impact solution presentations and product demonstrations that captivate both technical and business audiences. /liliAct as the primary technical expert, solving customer problems and verifying solution compatibility to ensure success. /liliClearly articulate the business value of Zebra’s solutions, showing customers how our technology can drive their business results and fuel profitable growth. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Computer Technology degree highly preferred. /lili5–8 years of relevant pre‑sales or technical experience, preferably within a technology company. /liliExcellent presentation and communication skills, with a proven ability to tailor messaging to varied stakeholder levels. /liliAdvanced domain and solutions knowledge, with the ability to adapt sales strategies effectively. /liliStrong background and domain experience within key verticals (e.g., Retail, Manufacturing, or Logistics). /liliExperience with Android platforms and familiarity with Zebra products/tools is highly advantageous. /liliA proactive and independent mindset, with the judgment to manage complex projects and make sound decisions. /li /ulh3Language Skills /h3ulliFluency in English and Dutch. /liliProficiency in French highly desirable. /li /ulh3Travel /h3pWillingness to travel regularly across the Benelux region to strategically cover our client base. /ph3Benefits /h3ulliSales Incentive Plan Commission – 25% performance‑related bonus. /lili20 days of annual leave plus statutory work time reduction (ATV) days. /liliVolunteer PTO: Up to 32 hours of paid time off per year to volunteer with a charity of your choice. /liliFlex Fridays Focus Fridays to support work‑life balance. /liliPension Plan, Life Disability Insurance. /liliYearly salary increases according to individual performance. /liliEmployee referral bonus for bringing new talent to Zebra. /liliPrivate Medical Insurance, Employee Assistance Program. /liliMeal Vouchers Eco Vouchers. /liliZebra Education Network (ZEN): Access to an innovative online learning platform. /liliIncentive Compensation: Variable compensation in the form of commission for achieving quota, at 25% in accordance with the applicable sales incentive plan. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
