{{You are the first point of contact for a nervous daughter looking for help for her father, or a senior asking, "Who is this student coming to visit me?" Your job is to onboard families, understand their needs deep down, and find the perfect student match from our community.}}
? What You'll Do: Onboarding & Matching
You own the "Happiness Loop" of our B2C Marketplace.
* Onboarding Concierge: When a new family or senior signs up (often tentatively), you pick up the phone. You welcome them, explain how it works, and help them define exactly what they need (Is it companionship? Grocery shopping? Childcare?). You turn a "Lead" into a "Trusting Client."
* The Matchmaker: You manage the matching puzzle. You look at the client's personality and needs, then search our database of 1,500+ students to find the perfect fit. You aren't just matching schedules; you are matching personalities.
* Student Mobilization: Once you identify the right student, you reach out to them. You sell the mission. You make sure they are excited and prepared for the visit.
* Quality Control: You do the "Day After" calls. You ask the senior: "How was Maurice? Did you have a good time?" You gather the feedback that improves our platform.
* Crisis Solver: If a student is sick or a client is unhappy, you jump in to find a replacement or solve the issue before it becomes a problem.

* Empathetic Listener: You have endless patience. You are comfortable spending 20 minutes on the phone with an 80-year-old lady hearing about her life story to understand who would be a good match for her.
* Puzzle Solver: You love logistics. You enjoy the challenge of aligning calendars, locations, and personalities to create the perfect appointment.
* Native Dutch: You speak the language of our seniors (including the occasional dialect!).
* Sales-Savvy: You understand that "helping" is also "selling." By making the client feel safe, you are securing their business.
