As CTO, you combine hands‑on technology leadership and delivery at clients with steering the technological future of Datashift on which technologies to adopt, watch, or ignore—keeping our delivery no‑nonsense, scalable, and secure. /p h3Your Responsibilities /h3 ul liWork with our clients as part of the Datashift team to define a reference architecture that fits their context, bringing clarity on relevant emerging technologies /li liBe part of the commercial team for proposals and RFPs: design the solution, define scope and delivery approach, and align on effort estimates and assumptions. /li liOwn the tech direction for key engagements: from vision to architecture and delivery. /li liInspire by focusing on impact: you steer away from hype towards pragmatic roadmaps that fit the client’s industry, maturity, and constraints. /li liDefine reference architectures for modern data platforms (cloud, lakehouse, streaming, semantic/metrics layer, GenAI/LLMOps) and ensure they are adopted by technical teams. /li liRaise the quality bar: Oversee best practices, technical reviews, derisking, cost control, reliability, privacy security by design. /li liCoach teams (client + our consultants) to build lasting capability. /li /ul h3Technology Strategy Innovation /h3 ul liSet the tech direction: define and execute a clear technology vision aligned to Datashift’s business goals. What do we adopt now, what do we watch, and what do we de‑prioritize. /li liDrive innovation in architecture, tooling, and methodologies to enhance delivery at our clients /li liBuild scalable capabilities where you connect technology with delivery at our clients: skills knowledge, certifications, technology and delivery accelerators /li liDefine standards for quality, security, privacy and cost control. Ensure these are reflected in reference architectures and ways of working. /li liThought leadership: you are a trusted reference in your field both internally and externally. You’re active in the CTO community and maintain a relevant network /li liYou work closely with the senior management team to align our technological strategy with Datashift’s growth ambitions business objectives /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 ul liFirst and foremost: you get things done /li liFluent in English and Dutch /li li10+ years of experience in technical leadership roles, within data consulting environments. /li liProven track record in leading engineering or data teams and scaling technical operations. /li liStrong expertise in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), data architecture, and software development. /li liStrategic thinker with hands‑on experience in building and deploying complex solutions /li liExcellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and align cross‑functional teams. /li liPassionate about innovation, quality, and deliver /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
