As an administrative professional, you will handle inspection orders from completion through invoicing, ensuring all related documentation is accurate, complete, and properly stored.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage inspection orders from completion to invoicing
2. Compile and verify reports, certificates, and delivery documentation
3. Ensure correct digital archiving and document naming conventions
4. Collaborate with the finance team for timely and accurate invoicing
5. Maintain job tracking logs and monitor documentation status
6. Perform final quality checks before delivery to clients
7. Support internal document management (e.g., printing, formatting, scanning)
8. Provide basic customer service support during holiday or peak periods
Requirements:
* No prior experience required – full on-the-job training will be provided
* High attention to detail and strong sense of accuracy
* Organized, dependable, and proactive
* Able to work independently and take initiative
* Willingness to help the team during off-hours when needed (no 9-5 mentality)
* Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
* Fluent in both NL and ENG
