Key Responsibilities
* Daily interaction with customers via email to address their inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
* Monitor delivery times and prices, taking proactive steps to address any discrepancies or concerns.
* Provide expert advice to customers on products and services, ensuring they receive accurate information to make informed decisions.
* Enter orders accurately into the inventory system on a daily basis, maintaining data integrity and consistency.
* Follow up on orders, addressing RMA complaints, pricing, backorders, and other customer queries in a professional and courteous manner.
* Prepare proforma invoices based on Excel data, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
