Do you have a strong background as a Key Account Manager in the Toy Retailer or Toy Industry? CONNETIX is a rapidly expanding toy business focused on creating incredible open-ended STEAM accredited magnetic tiles that help to develop imagination and creativity in people of all ages.

As the Key Accounts Manager Benelux, reporting to the Director of Sales and Growth, you'll play a crucial role in strengthening relationships across key markets within Western Europe. Your focus will be on driving sales, enhancing profitability, and identifying growth of existing accounts.

Build and manage strong relationships with retail accounts across Western Europe, acting as the primary point of contact.Collaborate with marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to ensure successful launches and inventory management.Analyse market trends and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities and develop strategic account plans aligned with business objectives.Take full P&L responsibility for retail and education channels, including accurate forecasting, performance reporting, and data-driven decision-making.Drive market strategies that balance new customer acquisition with brand enhancement, while supporting marketing activations and optimizing brand awareness.Demonstrated success in key account management with major toy retailers, showcasing a proven track record of driving growth and profitability.Analytical mindset with a talent for translating data into actionable insights that inform strategic decisions.Please submit your CV in English, highlighting your experience in Account Management, ideally within the toy industry.
