About the role
We are seeking an HR Officer to support the execution of core HR operations within our Belgian entity in a fast-evolving radiopharmaceutical environment.
In this role, you will contribute to the end-to-end management of key HR processes across the employee lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and reliability across HR data and operations.
You will operate in a context where regulatory requirements, audit readiness, and organizational growth require a high level of rigor, ownership, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Administrative Support:
* Support day-to-day HR operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and proper coordination of administrative processes.
* Prepare and manage HR documentation (contracts, amendments, official documents) and related communications.
* Ensure proper organization, scheduling, and traceability of HR activities and documentation.
Employee Records & Data Management:
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with Belgian labor law, GDPR, and internal standards.
* Ensure integrity, consistency, and confidentiality of HR data.
* Organize and manage HR documentation in line with audit and compliance requirements.
Employee Lifecycle Management:
* Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth employee experience.
* Manage administrative follow-up of employee changes (contracts, status updates, etc.).
* Ensure proper documentation and traceability throughout the employee lifecycle.
Payroll & Benefits Coordination:
* Coordinate payroll inputs with external providers and manage related administrative data (absences, time tracking, variables).
* Support benefits administration and act as a point of contact for employee queries.
* Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of payroll and benefits processes.
Recruitment & Onboarding:
* Support recruitment activities, including job postings, CV screening, and interview coordination.
* Manage candidate communication and contribute to a smooth hiring process.
* Prepare employment offers and support onboarding of new employees.
Performance Management & Development:
* Support performance review processes and related administrative follow-up.
* Assist in the coordination of training and development initiatives.
Compliance, Reporting & Audits:
* Ensure HR practices comply with labor regulations, internal policies, and applicable standards.
* Support HR reporting activities (headcount, recruitment, training, etc.).
* Contribute to internal and external audits by ensuring proper documentation and traceability.
Employee Relations & Workplace Support:
* Act as a first point of contact for employees’ HR-related queries.
* Support employee requests and basic employee relations topics.
* Contribute to maintaining a positive, professional, and compliant work environment.
HR Policies & Continuous Improvement:
* Support the implementation and update of HR policies and procedures.
* Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Assist in reviewing employment conditions to ensure compliance.
Profile
* Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
* 2–4 years of experience in an HR administrative or HR Officer role
* Experience with payroll coordination and HR administration is required
* Experience in a regulated or structured environment (pharma, biotech, industrial) is a strong asset
* Good understanding of Belgian labor law fundamentals
* Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and evolving environment
* Strong sense of ownership and reliability in handling operational HR topics
* Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Good interpersonal and communication skills
* Hands-on, adaptable, and team-oriented approach
* Fluency in French and English is required
