Your new role
As IT Operations Coordinator, you will lead a local IT support team and ensure the smooth functioning of IT services across two sites near Brussels Airport. Your responsibilities include:
1. Managing and motivating a team of four IT support professionals
2. Overseeing incident and service request handling via the ticketing system
3. Ensuring compliance with SLA and KPI targets for service quality
4. Coordinating with group-level IT teams for infrastructure, security, and advanced support
5. Acting as the main contact for technical projects such as migrations, updates, and deployments
6. Maintaining availability and performance of local IT infrastructure
7. Managing major incidents and business continuity plans
8. Ensuring security and compliance of local systems
9. Occasional travel to other sites
Your profile
10. Excellent communication skills in French and English, with a good level of Dutch
11. Minimum 3–5 years of experience managing IT support teams and infrastructure
12. Strong knowledge of Windows environments, M365, virtualization (VMWare), and ticketing tools
13. Good understanding of networking, cybersecurity, and workstation management
14. Proven experience in technical project management
15. Leadership skills, team spirit, and ability to manage urgent situations effectively
16. Customer-oriented, rigorous, and autonomous
17. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent through experience
