WHAT
Your mission As Solution Sales Specialist, you own and shape complex infrastructure opportunities in the Networking & Security domain.
You combine technical credibility with commercial leadership to design, position and close multi-vendor solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
* Lead and close solution-sales engagements within key enterprise accounts
Partner with Account Managers across the full deal lifecycle: qualification architecture pricing proposal negotiation- closure
* Define margin, pricing strategy, vendor involvement, and risk assessment
* Build and maintain strategic vendor relationships (especially Cisco)
* Influence customer roadmaps and align technology decisions with long-term objectives
* Collaborate with Professional Services, Managed Services, Architects, and CSMs to ensure successful delivery
* Stay up to date with SD-WAN, SASE, Zero Trust, FWaaS, next-gen networking
* Represent our client as a trusted advisor up to C-level
WHO
* 5–10 years of experience in IT infrastructure sales, ideally in networking & security
* Experience with enterprise customers (5,000+ users) and multi-stakeholder environments
* Understanding of networking fundamentals (CCNA-level)
* Strong communicator able to translate technology into business impact
* Fluent in English + Dutch and/or French
* Entrepreneurial, consultative, and resilient — proactive rather than reactive
* Natural collaborator with technical curiosity and strategic thinking
