Key Responsibilities1. Account Management & Business DevelopmentManage and grow an existing portfolio of clients (wholesalers, specialty retailers, on-trade/HoReCa, distributors)Develop sales and turnover across the spirits portfolioIdentify and pursue new business opportunitiesNegotiate commercial agreements, pricing, volumes and promotional activities2. Brand RepresentationAct as a brand ambassador for Cinoco’s spirits portfolioPresent products, brand stories and key selling points to clientsOrganise and lead tastings, product trainings and in-store activationsEnsure optimal brand visibility at point of sale3. Sales Performance & ReportingMonitor sales performance and achievement of targetsAnalyse sales data by customer, region and productMaintain accurate records in the CRM systemProvide regular sales reports and market feedback4. Internal & External CoordinationWork closely with marketing, logistics and administration teamsSupport product launches and promotional campaignsRepresent Cinoco at trade fairs, exhibitions and industry eventsProfile & QualificationsExperience & EducationDegree in Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalentMinimum 3–5 years’ experience in on-trade sales, preferably in spirits, wines, or beverage industrySolid knowledge of the Belgian spirits market is a strong advantageSkills & CompetenciesStrong negotiation and communication skillsResults-driven with a proactive mindsetHigh level of autonomy, organisation and time managementAnalytical skills and reporting abilityProficient in MS Office and CRM toolsLanguagesFluent in DutchEnglish and French are a strong assetPassion for SpiritsStrong interest in premium spirits and brand storytellingComfortable conducting tastings and product presentationsSensitivity to craftsmanship, quality and heritage brandsWorking ConditionsField-based role with regular travelValid driving licence (B)Competitive salary package including fixed and variable components, company car and expensesWhy Join Cinoco?Specialist distributor of quality spirits, wine, Champagne and Non-alcoholic beveragesCarefully curated portfolio of premium and distinctive brandsEntrepreneurial, dynamic and people-focused environmentHigh level of autonomy and impact on business growth
