As a Project Management Officer (PMO), you play a key role in coordinating, tracking, and optimizing the project portfolio of a dynamic Belgian SME.
Your mission combines operational support for project managers and strategic oversight of the overall portfolio. You qualify project requests, support prioritization and capacity planning, and monitor key indicators (scope, budget, planning, risks, dependencies…).
This role requires a strong affinity with data. You must be able to extract, analyze, and visualize project data using Jira (and Confluence), and create dashboards that help monitor project health and guide decision-making. You will also contribute to improving project governance and change management processes across departments.
🎓 Your profile:
* Master’s degree in IT or equivalent
* 5 to 7 years of experience in a PMO role
* Proficient in Jira & Confluence – experience creating dashboards and extracting meaningful data
* Solid understanding of project methodologies (SCRUM, SPRINT…) and business/IT processes
* Strong data literacy: you use data to drive actions and communicate insights
* Languages: French (Dutch is a plus)
