As an Architect, you are an expert at contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in defining the problem, proposing and refining the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration, and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables, contribute to proposal development, client training, and internal capability building, and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
Responsibilities:
1. Working in a team to develop applications and services using Agile methods.
2. Building customer facing UI and back end services.
3. Designing and implementing applications with low latency, high availability, and performance.
4. Understanding the entire web stack, including protocols and web server optimization techniques.
5. Mentoring and helping the team technically.
6. Collaborating with your team (developers, designers, product owners, QA) to define, design, and ship new features.
7. Identifying and correcting bottlenecks, fixing bugs, and improving application performance.
8. Continuously discovering, evaluating, and implementing new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
9. Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team.
10. Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible.
11. Being transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes.
12. Writing progress reports and delivering presentations to the relevant stakeholders.
Skills:
1. Total experience 10+ years.
2. 7+ years of experience in backend design and architecture Java microservices, Java based REST/GraphQL API development in microservice service based architecture.
3. 5+ years of experience in web development using Angular.
4. 5+ years of experience with database systems, with knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
5. Ability to write effective documentation, test cases (Jest/Jasmine/Karma).
6. Basic web frontend technology understanding (HTML/CSS/JavaScript/TypeScript).
7. Experience in CICD deployments.
8. Functional knowledge in E commerce experience, domain knowledge in telecom industry; CMS knowledge is a plus.
