As Customer Service OTC (Order to Cash) you will have following responsibilities:
* you manage the orders from A to Z
* you work on a daily basis in SAP
* you monitor the shipping and delivery of complex orders
* You work closely with sales, planning, logistics, finance departments
* You analyze the different processes and optimize them for the future
* You are the SPOC (single point of contact) for a group of customers and you develop a strong relationship with them
* You work on ad hoc projects (sales support, fairs and conferences, ...)
As Customer Service OTC you have following profile:
* You have proven experience as Customer Service OTC (ideally in chemical, medical or pharmaceutical companies)
* You speak fluent English and Dutch (any other language is a plus)
* You work from Belgium (with 3 days of home office/week)
* You can work well in team
* You can develop strong relationships with people
