Project Manager IT Infrastructure M/F
This is your mission
Are you passionate about managing IT infrastructure projects and delivering impactful solutions? Then this position is for you.
As Project Manager IT Infrastructure, you will be responsible for creating, adapting, and deploying infrastructures and security solutions supporting Sibelga's information system. You will manage and coordinate all project activities in our ecosystem:
Build side:
* Identify stakeholders for each project
* Specify project scope and deliverables
* Derive project schedules and budgets
* Identify changes, analyze impact, and implement actions
* Ensure transfer of project knowledge for continuity in "business as usual" mode
Run side:
* Identify and manage project risks and issues
* Coordinate activities with all impacted parties
* Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary
This is your background
You have at least 10 years of experience in IT Infrastructure project management, including proven experience with cloud migrations, hybrid cloud solutions, Identity Access Management (IAM), network micro-segmentation, SAP BI, and virtualization platforms. You enjoy coordinating complex projects and are constantly innovating. You are looking for an environment where your ideas matter and where technology goes hand in hand with collaboration.

* Identity Access Management (IAM)
* Network Micro-Segmentation
* SAP BI & Virtualization Platforms
* Project Management Certification (Prince2 or PMI)
* Experience with ATRIAS (preferred)
* Experience with RFI/RFP and identifying external partners (preferred)
* Experience working at a Distribution Network Operator (preferred)

* Fluent in English
* Perfect knowledge of one of the 2 national languages (NL or FR) with a good level of the other (FR or NL)
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure knowledge transfer
