About the Role We are a fast-growing tech company building the "operating system for finance & strategy". Our platform leverages breakthrough AI to automate complex workflows across Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, allowing investment professionals to focus on decisions rather than repetitive tasks.
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to take ownership of our infrastructure, automation, and scalability. You will play a critical role in designing and scaling a secure, production-grade architecture for our distributed AI systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Architecture & Leadership: Lead cloud architecture, deployment, and monitoring efforts.
* DevOps & Automation: Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation to streamline our development process.
* Backend Design: Design backend and data architecture specifically for distributed AI systems.
* Reliability & Security: Ensure observability, reliability, and security across all environments, maintaining our rigorous standards for GDPR and SOC 2 compliance.
Requirements
* Experience: 3–5 years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on infrastructure and cloud ownership.
* Tech Stack: Expert proficiency in Python, FastAPI, and TypeScript for building production grade backends.
* Cloud & DevOps: Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
* Observability: Practical experience with observability stacks and CI/CD pipelines.
* Security: Solid knowledge of security best practices, including API authentication and compliance frameworks (GDPR/SOC2).
